Overheard

Rebekah has been so full of explanations and definitions lately.  Here are a few that we keep chuckling about.

Burke: "Do you guys want to go to the Lake with our Ward on Saturday?"
Rebekah: "Yes! I've always wanted to see the War!"
Burke:  "WARD not war."

Burke was working on our phone wiring.  I heard the kids talking.  Here is the recap:

Rebekah:  "Preston, do you know why they are called wires?  Because it's like WHY ARE you here in our wall!"

Rebekah: "Dad did you know buildings are made from steel?"
Burke: "Yes.  Some are"
Rebekah: "But its not steal-- like you take something not yours.  It is steel like metal."

Burke:"Who wants a Grilled Cheese Sandwich?"
Rebekah: "I do. But Preston wants a Boy Cheese Sandwich --cuz he's a boy."
